Co-Founder and Chief Medical and Technology Officer

Livi Health’s clinical protocols are overseen by our Chief Medical and Technology Officer. Every assessment is reviewed by a registered doctor in the context of the patient’s reported history and symptoms.

What This Means For You

Who does what in your care.

  • Who reviews findings

A registered doctor reviews every assessment, in the context of your reported symptoms and health history.

  • How pathology is processed

Samples are processed by accredited laboratory partners under standard clinical protocols.

  • The role of the nurse

Registered nurses support your intake, collection and ongoing care coordination.

  • Diagnosis and treatment

Any diagnosis or treatment decision is made by a doctor. Livi Health works alongside your existing healthcare providers, not instead of them.

  • The role of Olivia

Olivia, our digital health companion, gives general information only. She does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Conversations with Olivia on this website are not seen by a clinician. If you are a Livi Health patient, what you share with Olivia in the patient portal is reviewed by your clinical team before your appointment. In an emergency, call 000.

Our Compliance Commitments

How we hold ourselves accountable.

We prepare our marketing and clinical materials in line with AHPRA advertising guidelines and, where applicable, TGA advertising requirements.

  • No misleading claims

We describe what an assessment involves and what it can show. We never promise outcomes.

  • No patient testimonials

We do not publish patient stories or reviews in advertising, in line with AHPRA guidelines.

  • No superiority claims

We avoid unsubstantiated claims like “most” or “best” unless supported by approved evidence.

  • Your privacy

Health information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
